Hello! I'm a user-centered UX Researcher and bilingual Social Communicator with over 15 years of experience leading creative, cross-functional teams across research, design, and communication. With more than 3 years specializing in UX research, inclusive design, and tech event production, I combine qualitative and quantitative methods; such as interviews, usability testing, and surveys, to improve product quality and user experience. 

Rooted in journalism and driven by curiosity, I bring together storytelling, research, and design to craft intuitive, impactful solutions. Skilled in quality management, data analysis, and process improvement, and proficient in G Suite, MS Office, and project management tools.
