Due to the client's multifaceted needs and recognizing that the current CRM lacks optimal features for streamlining processes, the decision was made to develop a platform from scratch that aligns precisely with the client's requirements. This platform aims to reduce response times, enhance the relevance of team follow-ups, manage prospect selection processes, and address other specific details. In this report, we will delve into the outcomes of the initial workflow undertaken during the inception phase, which focuses on the employee portal.

Enhance the experience for all users engaged across various modules of the platform.
Reduce operational complexity and enhance responsiveness in talent management processes.
Ensure high information availability to facilitate decision-making.
We engage in User Experience through the lens of Design Thinking, enabling us to cultivate a human-centered innovation process that considers individuals, their environment, and technology.
We initiated the process with a definition phase, conducting an inception to gain a deeper understanding of the client's expectations for this CRM. This involved identifying the specific modules they intended to work with and assisting them in clarifying their needs, stakeholders, risks, and more. Once the user requirements were established, we validated the project scope and assessed its technical feasibility.
We facilitated co-creation sessions involving the client, and the project team. During these sessions, we established the project's experience pillars and prioritized functionalities for each release based on their significance.
We proceeded to construct a prototype based on user input and the digital product's feasibility, aligning with the established prioritization of the employee portal workflow.
Certain sections of the wireframes were modified to exclude any mention of the client's name or sensitive information.
Usability metrics serve as a valuable tool to determine a product's position relative to its competition or user expectations. The insights derived from these metrics enable a focused allocation of efforts and resources to areas where the greatest impact can be achieved to enhance the product. This might involve addressing areas where users perceive confusion, inefficiency, or frustration.
On this occasion, the evaluated metric was satisfaction, aimed at gauging the level of contentment the user experiences with the proposed solution. *The assessment was conducted using the internationally recognized SUS (System Usability Scale) framework.
